CAR was started in 2019 as a way for the community and service providers to come together in Catawba County to provide better and more consistent services for those in recovery or in need of recovery. We believe recovery to be an individualize process and all inclusive. Since 2019 we have been meeting monthly to accomplish this goal and to help provide the community with recovery education.
We strive to honor individual journeys while encouraging change for positive life transformation.
We meet the first Thursday of every month at the Catawba County United Way at 8:30 AM.
